Questions about whole-home rewiring.
It depends on the home's size, age, and access. We provide a fixed written quote after a free survey, broken down by area. We won't quote a number without seeing the job.
Briefly, room by room. We phase the job so essential circuits are restored by the end of each working day wherever possible.
A typical single-family home takes several working days to a couple of weeks depending on access and wiring routes. A specific estimate is given in the written quote.
Rewiring usually requires some access through walls and ceilings. We patch access points to a paintable finish as standard; full finishing isn't included but we can recommend trusted trades.
Whole-home rewiring typically requires an electrical permit and inspection. We handle permitting and coordinate the inspection — you don't manage the paperwork.
